Technical Implementation Manager - What You'll Do:

  • Drive project-based engagements to onboard new partners successfully
  • Act as the technical support expert for our digital publisher partners that have questions or technical issues with OpenWeb’s products and provide solutions and support via email, chat, and video sessions
  • Manage company's support front-end ticketing system for incoming issue management, review product front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) and share Tier-3 issues with product development teams in JIRA
  • Building out best practice and process standardizations around the client on-boarding and implementation lifecycle of large digital publishers
  • Provide new partners with a world-class client experience and educate them on how to use our software, setting them up for success
  • Partner with business development team members on implementation scope management, expectation setting, and transition from deal closure to go-live
  • Track client implementation project lifecycle using project management software from inception through completion

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • 4+ year SaaS/technology implementation experience while interfacing directly with enterprise clients
  • Prior experience troubleshooting web-based SaaS software and debug familiarity within modern web browsers such as IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari
  • Understanding of internet technologies including CDN and REST API’s as well as basic knowledge in web-based languages including HTML and CSS. The ability to edit front-end code is a major plus!
  • Experience using ticketing and related troubleshooting software such as ZenDesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc.
  • Project management skills and in-depth knowledge of the use of at least one project tracking software
  • Strong technology implementation lifecycle knowledge combined with the ability to gather requirements, map out configuration solutions and project scope
  • Experience with both scope and risk management best practices
  • Excellent communication and client service skills along with the ability to quickly and simply educate clients on the use of new enterprise platform software
