What You'll Do:

• Model Development: Design, build, and fine-tune machine learning models to support our core focus areas.
• Real-Time Solutions: Create algorithms capable of serving real-time requests, such as our recently deployed ad optimization RL algorithm that handles 1M requests per minute.
• Collaborative Innovation: Engage in weekly learning sessions, contributing topics and insights that drive innovation within our forward-thinking team.
• End-to-End Engineering: Own the full lifecycle of our ML solutions, from an idea to deployment in various forms such as API endpoints, web applications, and stand-alone services.
• You will be reporting to the Director Of Data Science.

 

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a proven track record in deploying ML solutions. 
• Proficiency in Python/Scala/Go and hands-on experience with big data processing engines like Spark or Hadoop.
• Embrace our culture of efficient infrastructure, automated processes, and a focus on building production-grade AI solutions.
• Ability to work on diverse projects from online conversations' safety to revenue uplift through ads optimization.
