How You’ll Contribute as our Technical Solutions Specialist:

  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting, handle complex publisher partner inquiries on OpenWeb’s products, and provide solutions and support via our main support channels.
  • Be the point of escalation between the Technical Support team and our Development team for our publisher partners.
  • Serve as a cross-functional team member, acting as a partner to support agents and R&D teams on bug handling, technical customer inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Explore root cause analysis, issue resolution, and efficient communication flows between customer-facing team members and builders.
  • Analyze technical trends, recommend product and documentation enhancements, and actively contribute to our online community and knowledge base for current FAQs and solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding technical issues with our products.

Please note:
This position is supporting our EMEA partners working Monday through Friday.

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of engineering experience in either of these roles (or equivalent) - Customer Success Engineer, Support Engineer, or Technical support Analyst
  • Understanding the meaning of ‘Great customer service’ and why it’s important to deliver such service
  • Experience with internet technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SSO integrations, AWS, and REST API
  • BSc degree in MIS, Industrial engineering, or a related field - an advantage
  • Experience in troubleshooting web-based SaaS software and debugging within modern web browsers such as IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
  • Experience using ticketing and related troubleshooting software such as ZenDesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc
  • Excellent and professional written/verbal communication and partner relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (knowledge in other languages - an advantage)
