How You’ll Contribute as our Tier 3 Engineer: 

  • Your mission. Be dedicated to identifying and addressing technical issues related to ads product activities including implementation, configurations, custom publisher adjustments to allow us to work with more publishers at scale and increase revenue.
  • Scope. Perform in-depth troubleshooting varying from database analysis and reading system logs and dashboards, to identifying and solving complex support issues that were escalated from 1st level support
  • Hands on. Manage assigned cases and communicate progress of resolution/status in a timely fashion per service level agreements
  • Team work. Provide ongoing support and Top Client case management, while working closely with the Business and Professional Services teams across the company.


The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Proven experience with: HTML, CSS, JS and SQL
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Advantage for backend languages experience (Python, Go, Node)
  • Ability to understand complex business procedures and workflows, and interest in process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask, self-learner, highly motivated and team player mentality with the ability to comply with tight deadlines.
  • Advantage- Experience in a technical support management position
