OpenWeb Named One of Built in NYC’s Best Places to Work in 2021

By OpenWeb

At OpenWeb, we pride ourselves on our team of passionate and talented individuals. We’ve intentionally built a strong company culture to support and uplift each other—which is more important now than ever before. Today, we’re honored to announce that OpenWeb was named one of Built in NYC’s Best Places to Work in 2021.

This award is meaningful to us, as we’ve carefully created benefits that empower our team to do their best work. We offer 401K matching, company-paid health insurance, and generous parental leave—just to name a few.

As we made the shift to remote working in the past year, we wanted to make sure everyone felt supported. To that end, our People Team developed COVID-relief initiative to ensure every employee had everything they needed to comfortably work remotely.

We’ve also hosted a number of remote team building activities over the last year, from virtual escape quests to trivia games. These events have helped bring everyone closer together regardless of location. You can read more about our remote team building at Built in NYC

“I think everyone at OpenWeb has an innate drive to do good, push boundaries, ask tough questions, and put in the work! No task is ever too large or too small for folks to tackle. This humility, along with a passion for what we do—makes us successful. The consistent drive to continue building, innovating, and sometimes even re-building, is success.”

– Javier Ramos, HR Manager + Talent Acquisition Lead
