What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a lean DevOps team; set direction and align roadmap with company goals and engineering needs.
• Own the team’s strategy, execution, and delivery standards; foster collaboration with peer managers and cross-functional teams.
• Design, provision, and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and incident response practices.
• Partner closely with engineering from design through post-deployment, ensuring observability, resilience, and smooth releases.
• Balance velocity with cost efficiency and security best practices (governance, access, backups, compliance).

What You'll Bring: 

• 5+ years of  hands-on experience as DevOps Engineer with end-to-end ownership of  planning, maintenance, availability, reliability (SLA/SLO), incident response, and on-call.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes in production scale environment - A Must
• Proven expertise working with AWS cloud infrastructure - storage, compute, relational and NoSQL database services - A Must
• Build and lead CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Deep understanding of modern web architectures: APIs, microservices, observability, scalability.
• Experience with monitoring & alerting tools and practices (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Strong Linux, shell scripting, networking, and storage fundamentals; fast production debugging.
• Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye on delivery timelines and quality.
• Collaborative DevOps expert with strong communication and leadership skills, aligning engineering teams and peer managers to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

Nice to have:

• Programming experience with Go, Python, TypeScript.
• Infra roadmap ownership, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Security/compliance background (IAM, policies, firewall, networking, best practices).
