About the role:

OpenWeb is dedicated to empowering publishers with innovative solutions that drive engagement and foster thriving communities. As a Senior Sales Executive, you lead the commercial strategy for a key business scope. A true ambassador for the OpenWeb offering, you are responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the brand’s influence within the digital advertising market.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Actively develop the pipeline and revenue across PMP (Private Marketplace) and Direct channels.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure high-impact partnerships with agencies (Management, Planning, and Buying teams) as well as direct advertisers.
  • Actively contribute to the overall strategic thinking (pricing, positioning) and the launch of new technology solutions.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and share field insights with the Product teams to help evolve our offerings (Native, Social, Video, and Programmatic).
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored, innovative strategic recommendations.
  • Support your clients over the long term to increase our share of wallet within your portfolio.
  • Drive your prospecting plan and maintain your network through daily meetings, business lunches, and PR events.
  • Respond to briefs, negotiate deals, oversee campaign optimization, and ensure the delivery of performance reports (in collaboration with Traffic Managers).
  • Ensure the successful delivery of performance across PMP and direct campaigns, in close collaboration with technical teams.
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of your activity and sales forecasts for the commercial leadership team through the CRM.

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) from a business or media school, with a strong passion for the Open Web.
  • Excellent industry and programmatic ecosystem knowledge and an established network, ideally within WPP Media or Publicis Media agencies.
  • Fluent in French and English. Proficiency in German.
  • Expert use of Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Proficiency with AI productivity tools (Gemini, Claude) to optimize sales cycles (writing, analysis, strategy).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong persuasive abilities, outstanding listening skills, and proven resilience.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to step back to manage complex challenges effectively.
  • Able to analyze complex data sets and extract strategic insights for clients."
