Fill in your details and copy your personalised OpenWeb signature directly into your email client.

How to add your signature to Gmail
1. Fill in your details and click Copy Signature
2. Open Gmail → click Settings ⚙ (top right)
3. Click See all settings
4. Scroll to Signature → click Create new
5. Name it (e.g. “OpenWeb”) → paste with ⌘V
6. Scroll down → click Save Changes
Using Outlook instead?
Outlook on Mac or Web
1. Click Copy Signature in the generator
2. Open Outlook → SettingsSignatures
3. Create a new signature → paste with ⌘V
4. Save

Outlook for Windows
1. Click Copy HTML in the generator
2. In Outlook → FileOptionsMailSignatures
3. Create a new signature called “OpenWeb” and save (leave it blank)
4. Close Outlook
5. Open File Explorer → paste this path: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures
6. Open OpenWeb.htm in a text editor (Notepad)
7. Replace all contents with the copied HTML → save
8. Reopen Outlook → set the signature as default
Using Mac Mail?
Mac Mail support is limited — images may not paste reliably. For the best experience we recommend using Gmail in a browser at mail.google.com.
