Karen Oh is a seasoned Strategic Planning and Operations leader with more than 10 years of experience supporting executive leaders to develop strategy narratives and maximize business performance through planning, operations, and insights. As Head of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives at Ziff Davis, Karen oversees enterprise partnerships and leads company-wide strategic initiatives, including AI enablement and content licensing. Karen’s career began with a 6-year tenure as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting followed by a 5-year tenure as a Business Planning and Operations leader at Meta. Karen received an MBA from NYU and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech.
