What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, providing strategic guidance and support on key initiatives
  • Execute strategic projects and tasks for the COO - decks, business plans, longer-term initiatives.
  • Set and manage the COO’s goals - definition of done, milestones, deadlines, etc.
  • Understand the entire organization and provide timely and relevant information, insights, and recommendations to the COO.
  • Effectively manage the COO’s time and priorities based on his goals.
  • Handle confidential information, write correspondence, and support the COO and teams across global time zones.
  • Collaborate and monitor the COO’s direct reports’ projects, execution, and deadlines.
  • Efficiently manage key processes and systems, including email inbox, Notion system, and other tools, resulting in increased productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a key representative of the executive both inside and outside of the company.
  • Maintain close collaboration with other executive assistants to partner on company-wide projects and communication initiatives.
  • You’ll be reporting to the COO.

 

  • What you’ll bring:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Growth mindset and ability to work in high-stress environments.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong presentation (deck) creation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to help the COO navigate complex business challenges. 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior experience as a management consultant is a plus.
